Return / Cancellation / Refund Policy

In order to cancel an order for an immediate refund, the order must not have already been shipped at the time of request.  Otherwise, customer must follow standard return procedure.

Returns and refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis.  Requests must not exceed 15 days from the date of purchase. 

Customers must contact GPR Nutrition within 15 days of purchase date to request a return and / or refund.  Once approved, the customer will be responsible for the return of any unopened and/or unused product via prepaid courier label provided by GPR Nutrition. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of the provided prepaid courier label not to exceed the amount of postage originally used to ship from GPR Nutrition to the customer.  This amount will be deducted from the refunded total.

The customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee on unopened products.  

Unopened items will be refunded in method of original payment unless otherwise requested by customer.  Credits will be issued for opened product.  Once the return is received by our office, a refund and/or credit will be issued to the customer.
